The project planned dormitory located on the site “Terme Ilidza” Ilidza. Access to the building is from the main road that runs along the lot. Object orientation on the longer side is the southwest-northeast. Dimensions of the ground floor are 30.04 × 14.64 m with the addition of an external staircase leading to the basement, and the fire exit from the basement located under the cantilever section. Dimensions of the first and second floors and the attic are 33.58 × 16.38 m.

The building is selfstanding,with levels of Pd + Pt + P +2 and the total area of ​​2.126m2. In terms of design it has rectangular shape. In vertical terms, with three sides, recessed floor makes prismatic form that is both dimensionally and visually delimited and highlighted as a common space, in relation to the above two residential floors and an attic.

The main entrance to the building is located on the southeast side of the building. Next to it, there is also an economic entrance to the basement with outside staircase on the left side of the building, and fire escape from the basement on the right side. The basement is designed for service facilities, kitchen and restaurant for students, and space for recreation.

Since the basement is completely in the ground, it is planned that the portion of the basement shown in the graphic presentation, can be dual-purpose or have a function to provide shelter. Number of persons, for which the calculated area is shelter, is 84 (the number of students + 2/3 of the number of employees), by formula 0,10 (6 + n/100) m² / per person. Within the shelter there is a living room, a room with water and dry toilets. Required reinforcement of structures are shown in the constructive phase.

The ground floor is providing common facilities: classroom-library, cafeteria, restrooms, and a central hall with vertically separated part for the administration. On the first and second floors there are rooms (17 per floor) and on the attic there is a space for authorities , a praying room, abdesthana, and rooms for guest speakers.
