In October 2014 Domoinvest has begun work on its new building Provansa Dobrinja. Provansa Dobrinja will be the second residential building besides the one in Stup, built in 2011. The project is worth 6 million BAM, and completion is planned for May of 2015 when the tenants will be able to move into their new homes.

The facility is being built in the Sarajevo quarter known for its high degree of urbanization, and as such represents mikrocity with primary and secondary schools, shopping center, sports hall, greenery and similar infrastructure. Object size is about 4000 m and is located 100 meters from the shopping center Konzum Dobrinja, before known as Mercator Dobrinja. Otherwise, it is a four-floor building with 60 residential units varying in size from 30-70 m. Provence Dobrinja is characterized by modern design and very good energy efficiency. In addition to 60 residential units, residential building will have indoor parking spaces, as well as external. Within the building, which will be enclosed there will be a children’s playground.

The apartments will soon be available for sale at the advance price of 1799.00 KM/m2. Special offer will be valid until 31.12.2014.
